Tune Yourself Up!

Ludwig van Beethoven, one of the undisputed musical geniuses of all time, once said that "music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy." Certainly, the universal importance of music cannot be overrated, but with everyone's busy schedules, even those who wish to acquire musical skills often face endless frustration. However, thankfully, the recent launch of Excel Music provides aspiring musicians with ample opportunity to explore their artistic desires.

Since its opening on July 24, Excel Music has quickly established itself as one of the top musical education destinations in the bay area. In a refreshing change of pace from the retail-obsessed perspective of other music-centered establishments, Excel Music maintains a steady focus on education, only providing music supplies as an added convenience for students.

Currently, Excel Music is offering a number of special classes, including children's introductory

music, introductory percussion, and a unique jazz workshop, which combines elements of jazz improv, theory, and history into a comprehensive course designed to compress a wealth of information into the program's ten-week span.

Then class is taught by esteemed music educator Aric Brian, who possesses a Master's degree in Performance Trumpet from USF. In addition, Aric has demonstrated his knowledge as a member of the International Association of Jazz Educators as well as author of The Mind and Music: How We Practice, Perform, and Teach. His expertise is a tribute to his passion for music, and his enthusiasm will undoubtedly inspire his students to enthusiastically pursue their musical goals.

With quality instruction for all instruments and musical disciplines, Excel Music offers the opportunity for all ages to gain musical knowledge and skills, enriching their lives with a sense of artistry and creativity in the process.

Featuring eight teaching rooms, this promising new business boasts a gifted staff of instructors and offers flexible hours for increased convenience.

With a wide variety of classes and its unique jazz workshop currently scheduled to begin September 11, Excel Music truly has something for everyone. Come in today, and take your first step toward fulfilling your musical aspirations!
